Delete your Tic Tac Brawl account
You can request deletion of your Tic Tac Brawl account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is unconditional — it is never blocked by any purchases or entitlements on the account.
How to delete your account in the app
If your account is linked to an email or a Google sign-in, delete it directly from inside the app:
If you play as a guest
Guest accounts have no email or sign-in, so they can only be identified by their Support ID. Open Settings › About in the app, copy your Support ID, and email it to us at [email protected] with the subject Delete my account. We use the Support ID to locate and delete the account, and we act on these requests within two working days of receiving them.
Note: a pure guest account exists only on the device it was created on. If you have lost or reset that device without linking the account, that account can no longer be identified or recovered; it becomes dormant and is not linked to you.
The grace period
After a deletion request your account stays active for a grace period (currently 14 days) so you can undo it — signing in and choosing Undo cancels the deletion. This window exists because deletion is exactly what someone who had taken over your account might attempt. After the grace period the data below is erased and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your email and any linked sign-ins (for example Google), device records, and sessions.
- Your display name (replaced with an anonymous placeholder).
- Your notification tokens, and any notification still waiting to be sent to you.
- Your avoid-this-player list — both the players you added to it and any entry naming you on someone else's.
- Your inventory, loadouts, heroes and abilities, and your progress: tutorial, account level, battle pass, quest counters and lifetime match statistics.
- Your leaderboard entry.
- The store receipt and store transaction id attached to each of your purchases (see below for what stays).
What is retained
A small amount of data is retained under legitimate-interest and legal bases, pseudonymized to an internal id that no longer maps to your identity:
- Economy ledger rows and the record of rewards granted, for financial and payout recordkeeping.
- A record of any sanction applied to the account — a warning, a mute or a ban — to prevent ban evasion.
- Your finishing position in seasons that have already ended. This is a frozen historical result, not a live listing; your entry on the current leaderboard is deleted.
- Match event logs, until they expire under normal retention.
- If your display name was reported and a moderator reviewed the report, the moderation record of that review keeps the name, so the decision stays auditable.
- Gameplay and stability analytics, with the account identifier replaced by an irreversible pseudonym.
